• Designed and deployed a three-service support automation system on Cloudflare Workers, pairing a Vectorize knowledge base of 418 embedded help articles with a Slack human-approval gate and a D1 draft queue, so AI-drafted replies are reviewed by a person before reaching customers.
• Built an end-to-end content pipeline that generates, renders, and publishes Instagram carousels with no manual steps, using Cloudflare Browser Rendering for slide composition and an LLM hook-variant system for copy.
• Assigned directly by the CEO to audit and phase out the company's Intercom deployment. Ran requirements interviews with support and engineering stakeholders, analyzed 12 months of spend, and delivered a costed buy vs. build vs. hybrid recommendation.
• Scraped and classified 817 creator profiles into a seven-sheet analysis workbook covering niche segmentation, revenue distribution, and influence tiering, used to target partnership outreach.
